HR Consulting- KD consults on all areas of Human Resource Management. Services include, but are not limited to, compliance, benefits, compensation, engaging employees, recruitment and retention, executive coaching, organization development and audits of current practices. We work on-site or remotely depending on your Company’s needs. One of the best reasons a company can engage with us is to ensure compliance and consistency. Compliance is important and there are many state and federal requirements business owners need to be aware of, and compliant with. Random, unannounced audits with the Department of Labor are becoming more frequent and in order to stay current, Companies need to have an expert in the field. We have confidential, certified coaches that can assist and have many years of experience.
Employee Handbook Design – Employee handbooks are an essential way to ensure your employees are aware of Company policies and procedures. It states your legal obligations as an employer and their rights as employees. It also promotes positive employee relations, is clear and concise, and protects employers from legal issues. KD Outsource safeguards your organization and your employees by providing current and compliant language while customized to your specific organization. We also include at-will disclaimers and other legally required language and recommended provisions.

HR Compliance Audits– KD Outsource provides HR Compliance Audits to assess the current state of your HR Department. The audit will review a variety of areas in HR and assess areas of risk within your HR practice. It will also assist in determining next steps.  

Our audits include:  
  1. Interviews with all staff currently handling HR processes and procedures for your Company to review current HR practices. 
  1. Employee personnel file review. KD Outsource will review active and terminated personnel files and look for any issues around compliance.
  1. Review of current HR policies and procedures. This includes all forms provided to employees, Federal and State posters review, and any mandated communications to staff (OSHA postings, Medicare Notices, etc.). 
Compensation- Compensation benchmarking and analysis is a sound-proof way to assess your current state of how you are paying your most valuable asset; your people. In today’s market it is vital to staying competitive and retaining great talent. Also, it ensures your Company is being fair, consistent and equitable current market trends. KD Outsource also can review your job descriptions to align with business needs and goals. Job descriptions can be beneficial to both your Company and your staff. They provide a clear picture to your employees on what is expected of them while avoiding unclear expectations and legal issue.
